Colorado BOCESwMotto copyENETlearningSMhtml150x72The Colorado BOCES Association in collaboration with eNetLearning has created the Colorado District Curriculum Resource Bank. The resource bank includes individual instructional unit planning documents and high-quality, exemplar assessments aligned to Colorado Academic Standards. For example, all units for Grade 5 Social Studies are available in individual files.  All units are aligned to Colorado Academic Standards.

Teachers can search the resource bank for individual sample curriculum units by content area and grade level. Individual units are available for download as Word and PDF files.  The resource bank is accessible to all educators at: http://www.coloradoplc.org/sample/resources.

eNetLearning is also supporting the Resource Bank. The Resource Bank includes access to sample high-quality assessments aligned to the Colorado Academic Standards. The Resource Bank also includes a performance assessment development process developed for CDE’s content collaboratives and assessment review tools designed to help school districts review their own assessments as well as develop their own assessments. Districts and teachers can link directly to the assessment search area at: http://www.coloradoplc.org/assessment/assessments.

In companion projects, the East Central, Northeast, San Luis Valley, and Rio Blanco BOCESs are working in partnership with eNetLearning and the Colorado BOCES Association to develop resources, assessments, and lesson plans that support the use of the Colorado Sample District Curriculum and locally developed curriculum units for small and rural districts. Collaboration between BOCES and district leaders is the key to the success of these programs.  For more information in your district or BOCES contact Dan Morris at danmorris@enetcolorado.org.
